Role Description   

 

In your role as a Customer Acquistion Manager, your mission is to look at the Swedish telecom market with a hawk eye. You will spot emerging opportunities in specific market segments, design propositions, work with peers and partners in Marketing, Sales, Digital as well as external Communication Operator partners, in order to maximise market share, customer satisfaction and profitability. You will play an important role in finding out what our customers need and develop unbeatable acquisition campaigns based on insight and market knowledge. You will work in close collaboration with your Commercial peers handling other segments as well as with the sales and customer base teams.  

  

Your responsibilities include  

 

 

  • Achieving goals set by the Operative Plan in terms of customer acquisitions and revenue   

  • Synthesizing customer insights, frontline feedback and competitive situation to develop and execute customer acquisition campaigns   

  • Developing commercial partnerships and cross-promotions with key partners to increase sales momentum  

  • Sharpening campaign pricing in different infrastructures and competitive situations  

  • Defining and developing campaigns for different segments, particularly focusing on digital channels  

  • End-to end management of customer campaigns including configuration, sales team briefing, tracking and reporting

What your background could look like  

 

  • University education in Business, Finance, Marketing or Economics or equivalent work experience covering these areas  

  • 2-4 years experience of working in Marketing, Business Planning, Consulting, Campaign Design, Offer or Product Management   

  • Cross functional experience in matrix style organizations to deliver sales and revenue results from frontline teams   

  • A good understanding or experience with financial levers affecting the profitability of customer retention

Commercial Management Com Hem, is responsible for the broadband, television and mobile bussinesss currently being operated under the Com Hem & Boxer brands in Sweden. We are a team of ten, headed by the Director, Commercial Management. We work in close collaboration with all parts of the organisation to plan and execute a Go-To-Market strategy that delivers our key customer, market share and financial goals. 

 

The position is located in our headquarter in Kista, Stockholm.
