We are now looking for a Manager to Network Communication within our Central Operations. This is a new team and you will build this new role together with your colleagues and with the team. You will be a part of Central Operations leadership team and together we are responsible of the operations of Tele2s all services. We have a high focus on process and quality work, and we have just started an existing transformation journey that you will be a big part of to build an event better division with efficient ways of working. 

 

This is the job 

You will lead a team of about 13 persons that are responsible to lead the incident and information work 24/7 for all Tele2s services.  The team work close together with the NOC group and other teams in and outside Technology. Tele2 have a wide span of different services and technologies and your team is responsible for all of them, meaning you need to be updated on many processes and communicate with many different functions within the company. 

 

Your responsibilities will include:  

  • Coach and support the team 
  • Be part of the overall planning and together with leadership in Central Operations set strategies 
  • Overall responsible for the scheduling of personnel
  • Set goals and have regular check ins  
  • Work with the team to improve the way of working 
  • Report weekly on ongoing projects to Central Operations leadership team 
  • Setting budget for team and initiatives

Requirements:

  • Minimum work experience of 5 years in relevant field 
  • Technical network skills   
  • Experience and knowledge in working in ITIL processes 
  • Communication skills in both Swedish and English fluently. 
  • Experience in leading positions
