Fixed network planner
Tele2 is now looking for a new colleague to join the team as a Fixed network planner working with Swedish B2B clients. You will ensure smooth service delivery and operational continuity for our international clients. Your responsibilities include managing service change requests, coordinating with external partners, and maintaining accurate documentation in internal support systems. You will support cross-functional teams with delivery-related matters, help resolve operational issues, and contribute to continuous process and system improvements.

This role is meant for You, if You have:

- experience in / Telecommunications / Engineering / Technology or similar field;
- education within technical field;
- experience working with various support systems, knowledge of or interest in AI and Microsoft Power Automate (will be considered as an advantage);
- excellent communication and collaboration skills;
- ability to excellently plan your daily work, ability to manage large volumes of data;
- excellent Latvian and English language skills (oral and written) for communication with local and international clients.
Your main responsibilities will be:
- managing fixed access connections within deliveries and cancellations;
- performing access planning and network documentation in support systems;
- coordinating with suppliers and field technicians in the delivery process;
- providing support to other teams on delivery process matters, resolving operational issues;
- contributing to the improvement of the delivery process;
- participating in the improvement of support systems.
